How it works

Four services. One partner. Done properly.

Method is a professional services firm. We do the work — writing, governance, training, and maintenance — so your operations team can focus on actually running the plant.

Service · 01

SOP creation & templates

Procedures written by people who've actually run production lines.

We interview your supervisors and operators, observe the work, and translate tribal knowledge into clean, standardized SOPs. We bring a library of proven templates for changeovers, sanitation, maintenance, and quality checks — then tailor them to your equipment, your spec, and your QMS.

  • Discovery interviews with frontline operators
  • Templates structured for ISO 9001, FDA, and GMP
  • Plain-language writing that reads at a 7th-grade level
  • Diagrams, photos, and embedded checklists
Service · 02

Version control & compliance

Every change tracked. Every approval signed. Audit-ready by default.

Procedures aren't static. Specs change, regulations change, equipment gets retrofitted. We manage the document lifecycle so you always know which version is current, who approved it, and what changed since the last revision. When the auditor walks in, the trail is clean.

  • Full revision history with redlines
  • Multi-stage approval workflows
  • Effective-date scheduling and archival
  • Searchable audit log for inspectors

Team training & sign-offs

Documents only matter if the team actually follows them.

We design role-based training programs, run sessions on-site or remotely, and track completion so nothing slips through shift handoffs. Operators sign off when they've been trained on a new revision — supervisors see at a glance who's ready to run which line.

  • Role-based assignment by station or line
  • On-site and remote training delivery
  • Digital sign-offs with timestamp & trainer
  • Refresher cadences and competency checks

Ongoing maintenance

We stay on retainer, so your procedures don't go stale.

Most engagements continue as a monthly retainer. When the line, the spec, or the regulation changes, we update the documents, route the approvals, and re-train the affected operators. You get a single point of contact for everything procedure-related.

  • Monthly review cycles
  • Change-driven updates within 5 business days
  • Quarterly compliance reports
  • Named account lead
