Method Systems Co was founded in 2026 by a group of operations leaders and quality managers who’d each spent a decade watching the same thing happen: someone writes an SOP, prints it, sticks it in a binder, and within a quarter the binder is dusty and the line has gone back to doing it “the old way.”
We started Method because we believed procedures should be a living part of how a plant runs — not a compliance artifact you dust off before the auditor visits. So we built a services firm around that idea: we write the procedures, we keep them current, and we train the people who use them.
Today we work with mid-sized manufacturers across food & beverage, medical devices, specialty chemicals, and precision fabrication. Most of our team has worn safety glasses for real money.
